The Collective

The Collective, born in our NYC office, is a grassroots initiative founded by a cross-discipline group of employees, which seeks to build better outputs for our clients built on the truth that provocative work can only be born through diversity of thought while also functioning as an employee resource group on building a more inclusive, intersectional agency culture. The team is currently undertaking an audit of all U.S. accounts and is working towards building a workshop on how brands can authentically activate in social issues like female empowerment, LGBTQ rights, and uplifting people of color. 

Inspiring through events, thought-leadership, and award-winning work, Rachel Lowenstein, Associate Director, Invention+ and Dan Ottinger, Manager, ULTRA, lead efforts to drive the on purpose-based media.
