Our talent team regularly gathers data and insights about what our employees like, and what could be better. Everyone’s voice is heard. Everyone has the opportunity to grow. Mindshare Huddles. A day to learn and be inspired: for the ultimate ‘unconference’, our offices bring together tech demos, fun activities (if DJ battles aren’t for you, try a scavenger hunt instead), and presentations from industry leaders, artists, chefs, and more.
Mentor Program. Hands-on guidance and career pathing for our junior-level talent.
Tuition reimbursement. As well as the opportunities to attend top industry conferences – from SXSW to Advertising Week to CES and more.
+1 Initiative. Designed to increase inter-office collaboration, knowledge sharing, and community amongst the global Mindshare family. If someone’s on vacation near a Mindshare office, we’ll give them an extra day (plus free hotel stay and meals) for an agency visit.
