In this role, you will be responsible for creating integrated media solutions and will also be responsible for handling day to day operations and ensure smooth functioning of the team and processes.

In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:

  • Understand the agency function
  • Able to adjust to the clients working style and deliver on day to day requirements
  • Understand the know-how of Digital Media

In six months:

  • Master Proprietary Tools
  • Championed Social/Search
  • Create Strategic Plans for the client
  • A great relationship with the client

In 12 months:

  • Independently taken charge of the client requirement
  • Enterprising delivered on client’s requirements with cutting edge solutions
  • Motivated team

What your day job looks like at Mindshare:

  • Strategic thinking and planning:
    Develop media objectives and measurable KPIs based on clients’
  • Client relationships:
    Build and maintain good relationships with clients
    Manage clients’ expectations
    Detect clients’ real, underlying concerns or problems, and provide
  • Leadership:
    Establish great teamwork

    Develop and define clear, efficient work processes and responsibilities for the team
    Train and enhance team members’ connection planning expertise
    Be responsible for the on time delivery and quality of the team’s work
    Assist team members to complete tasks on time whenever and wherever necessary

Minimum qualifications:

  • At least 4-5 years’ experience in digital media, advertising, marketing
  • Working knowledge across search (SEM), social (FB/Line), video (OTV), display (GDN etc), ad serving (DCM) and ideally also programmatic media buying (DV360)
  • Experience with Media Research Tools (Comscore, GWI, TGI, YouGov, SimilarWeb)
  • Ability to provide and plan media across channels and estimate return of media investment
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Proven problem solving skills and ability to think outside of the box
  • Ability to manage client expectations, work independently and also collaborate in a team environment
  • Detail oriented and responsive, deadline-driven with strong reasoning skills
  • Lead by example while motivating and coaching juniors on the team
  • Manage performance development cycle and review process for juniors
