Reporting of the role

This role reports to: Exchange Excellence Lead 3 best things about the job:

2.Lead & mentor a team of planners to deliver high quality product for client portfolio
3.Attain strong understanding of cross channel media strategy by working on India’s largest marketer

In this role, your goals will be: In three months:

  • Understand HUL principles of multimedia planning to deliver efficiency
  • Understand key deliverables from the agency to the client from a quality parameters perspective
  • Understanding of report requirements for the client in planning

In six months:

  • Successfully lead the categories and deliver all monthly requirements on the taskforce

In 12 months:

  • Work on the AMS
  • Contribute to planning product enhancement
  • Train the team to deliver on integrated plans

What your day job looks like at Mindshare:

  • Provide planning thought leadership on plan making and deployment
  • Ensure that plans and reports sent out by the team meet the accuracy and quality requirements
  • Manage client data requirements among taskforce (over and above plans)
  • Manage campaign execution to ensure deliveries

What you’ll bring:

  • Offline planning expertise
  • Internal stakeholder management
  • Prioritisation of tasks
  • Strong understanding of data and trends in media
  • Curiosity to learn

 Minimum qualifications:

  • Minimum 10+ Years of experience handling offline planning
  • Experience on digital a bonus
  • Handled planning for a FMCG clients
  • Good communication skill
