We are currently looking for a Director – Media Planning to join us. This role provides opportunities to closely observe different categories and tailor media approaches according to their nuances. Thus providing a new challenge and learning on every piece of work you do.

This role reports to the – Senior Director – The Exchange

  2. Attain a strong understanding of cross channel media strategy by working on some of the fastest growing and diversified categories like EdTech & Ecom.

In this role, your goals will be:

In three months:

  • Understand the category and brand objectives for the year
  • Able to adjust to the clients working style and deliver on a day to day requirements
  • Understand the know-how of Digital Media
  • Internal stakeholder management

In six months:

  • Initiated & delivered at least 2 key projects (AOP /360-degree Campaign approach)
  • Understand the In-house products/software very well to demonstrate the same during client conversations
  • Develop creative ideas and disruptive communication innovations for the client, aligned with their business, customer, and brand goals.

In 12 months:

  • Independently take charge of a set of accounts
  • Understand and take initiative towards agencies goal for the year
  • Team Management

What your day job looks like at Mindshare:

  • Provide planning thought leadership on your set of brands
  • Ensure that plans and reports sent with accuracy
  • Manage client data requirements on the category
  • Manage campaign execution to ensure deliveries
  • Liaising with Internal and External Customers
