The role is part of a structured team responsible for media planning activities on one assigned account. The successful candidate may serve as the client contact on some occasions and will be involved in the creation, design and implementation of media plans and key tactics.       

Core responsibilities:     
  • Setting up, trafficking and optimization of TV, Digital, Out Of Home and Radio campaigns including all self-serving platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Google, etc…). 
  • Learn and manage all ad buying models online from display to video and social. 
  • Manage and operate daily TV media planning in alignment with marketing objectives. 
  • Liaise with marketing, brand and creative team to develop media strategies and campaigns. 
  • Input and organization of media data with extreme attention to detail and precision. 
  • Reporting and analytics with the ability to look beyond data with an analytical approach. 
     
     
Required skills / experience:     
  • Experience of 1 years, ideally in Media Planning, or in Advertising or Media vendors or content (Twitter, Snapchat, Shahid, DMS, Ad stream, Spotify etc..). 
  • Experience or good knowledge of GCC and/or North African markets. 
  • Holder of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Advertising or Media or Journalism from a reputable University. 
  • Preferred languages: English – Arabic is a must. 
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills to work closely with and build relationships with brand managers, creative producers, and media stakeholders. 
  • Detail oriented and proficient at managing projects, organizing, prioritizing and structuring workload. 
  • Strong drive for continuous learning and research on the subject matter for personal development. 
  • Be innovative, creative, and data-savvy.
