The Manager position is an integral part of the Church’s Chicken strategic planning team.  The Manager position is a self-starter with a passion for working with others, a desire to learn and is comfortable questioning the status quo.  The Manager role has direct client contact with the Media Lead on the Church’s Team, leadership opportunities within the team and a direct report.

A minimum of three years’ experience preferred; responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple tactical media plans and implementations, working to implement the brand’s overall media strategy in the context of changing marketplace conditions and opportunities. 


  • Develops and maintains tactical Media Plans working with GroupM buyers and internal Mindshare departments
  • Working with the Associate Director, as well as implementation groups, uses strategic planning and planning tools to develop budget allocations across media and media mix scenarios
  • Provides day-to-day direction to implementation groups (broadcast, direct mail, digital and search/social) for the tactical plan
  • Maintains and communicates up-to-date records of the implementation of the plan
  • Takes an active role in client communication 


  • Minimum of three years’ experience as a Planning Senior Associate preferred
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Media Tools, Prisma, Donovan Data Systems, Market Mate, Simmons OneVieW
  • Comfortable working with budgets and numbers
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities and detail oriented
