YOUR TEAM
As a brand new team, you’ll be looking after this client, huge in the automotive space. You’ll cover all media channels including offline and digital media, media sponsorships and analytics. All our biddable roles (Prog, Search, Social) are enterprise roles but you are supported by Managers, Execs and Coords who may focus on business units or products.
You will also be supported by broader GroupM social specialists and Heads of to ensure there is craft leadership into the role.

Connections Planning Director
The connections planning team at Mindshare bridges the gap between our strategy and investment teams. Our role is to turn insightful strategies into actionable media plans that deliver Good Growth for our clients. Connections planners think big picture, collaborating with multiple teams, stakeholders and agencies to ensure campaigns are fully integrated.
Performance Manager and Performance Executive
As a Performance specialist within the Implementation & Activation team, your focus will be on delivering exceptional Social, Search, VOD & Display outcomes for clients.
You have a drive and passion for all things digital and for delivering unrivalled tech, data & AI advantage to our clients.
Implementation & Activation Executive
The Implementation & Activation Executive is a crucial role within the team, providing the foundations for success for our clients. You are responsible for all aspects of campaign implementation, optimisation, monitoring, and reporting. Working very closely with your manager, you will produce best-in-class solutions, offer unparalleled service and deliver against targets.
The role involves the application of specialist technical skills including planning and buying experience across OOH, TV, Audio
Coordinators
The great thing about our entry level roles is that you don’t need any experience. You just need the right attitude and an interest in media advertising, and the science and analysis behind each campaign. You feel empowered to bring your authentic self to work, and contribute to great teamwork, knowing your individual ideas and thoughts will be welcome.
What will make you great is being inquisitive and demonstrate desire to understand and know more. You’ll have a problem solving mentality and be results driven with the ability to identify and clearly articulate what’s working and why.
