Position Overview 
The Finance Senior Executive will be required to work as part of the finance team to manage the finance department with responsibility for the monitoring, protection, reporting and the overall financial interests of Mindshare by implementing and adhering to financial best practice at all times. 
 
Key Responsibilities:  
  • To constantly monitor the remit functionality; to maintain accurate, up-to-date records and submit regular monthly reports to agreed standards as required to ensure the remit’s effectiveness is maximised and its activities are in line with overall group strategy.  
  • To summarize financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements. 
  • To handle duties related to Accounts Payable, following up with vendors and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.  
  • To handle duties related to Accounts Receivable, including processing payments, producing statement of accounts, collections on overdue accounts and account reconciliation when required.  
  • To carry out duties as tasked, ensuring that Mindshare service standards, objectives, internal policies & procedures and code of conduct are met or exceeded at all times. 
Key Skills responsibilities:  
  • From 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.  
  • Proficiency in Bookkeeping, financial Reporting, Accounts receivable and payable management, Taxation, NSSF, Taxes on salary declaration and Financial Reporting. 
  • Strong computer skills are obligatory especially for MS office and accounting systems.  
  • Very good command in English and Arabic, French skills are an advantage
