We are currently looking for an Influencer Partnership Executive. The role will be responsible to contribute in the development of content/influencer marketing business as a form of service or product for clients as well as a tool to support the growth of digital business for GroupM agencies.

This role reports to the Influencer Partnerships Manager, part of WPP.

Responsibilities of the role: 
 
Campaign Delivery
  • Contribute with the Manager to implement workflow, SLA and operations of entire division in ensuring on time, in full delivery of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring SLA followed by clients
  • Drive best in market campaign performance delivery, driving 100% updated campaign tracker
  • Manage influencer projects from influencer selection, scouting, negotiation, budgeting, KPI setting, implementing to final reporting/ Report to Manager about daily project operation, KPI tracking & final reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with KOL Planning team to understand the approved KOL content plan is aligned with Buying strategy to form KOLs Grid recommendation
  • Ensure GroupM has the best pricing in the market, setting the right pricing benchmark and negotiation, managing price inflation across content creators and channels
  • Update & Vet inventory management for the client assigned, ensuring inventory is at par and competitive with overall GroupM inventory demand.
  • Enforce 100% usage of KOL inventory and profile vetting using GroupM analytics and planning tools (i.e. Brand AI or IBEX, Traackr, Influencer.Ai)
  • Ensure project information (budget, phasing etc) is well reported in the system
  • Ensure administrative requirements (contracting, allocation management etc) are well managed per client’s principle
  • Ensure the daily/ weekly/ monthly campaign performance, updating campaign performance report regularly
  • Ensure daily creator content, if implementation is following aligned and approved KOL brief
  • Liaise with client on KOL content approval, driving quality checks on details following brief and client directions
  • Assess the long-term value of potential influencer partnerships and advice on appropriate pricing strategy
 
Influencer Partnership Management
  • Develop & conduct community management program for the brand, ensuring long term relationship management
  • Update & verify GroupM database on performance/campaign benchmarks
  • Lead Operation team to determine effectiveness of cost / cost benchmark
  • Monitor daily/ weekly/ monthly campaign performance, updating campaign performance report as needed
 
What you will need:  
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred  
  • At least 1-2 years relevant experience in advertising agency, PR agency, social media agency or influencer marketing agency.  
  • Understand influencer landscape overall 
  • Have a good experience in handling influencer marketing projects 
  • Knowledge of creative/media agency ecosystem 
  • Able to read, write and speak in English effectively
  • Able to work in a highly multicultural environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Problem solving attitude
