YOUR TEAM
The Connections Planning team at Mindshare bridges the gap between our Strategy and Investment teams. We turn insightful strategies into actionable media plans that deliver Good Growth for our clients.

YOUR ROLE
This role will directly contribute to regional growth in APAC, aligning with our global strategy of innovation and excellence. Location: Sydney
Connections Planners think big picture, collaborating with multiple teams, stakeholders and agencies to ensure campaigns are fully integrated. You will work closely with client partners and clients to ensure solutions are measurable back to both business and communications objectives;
- Build strong relationships with media lead clients.
- Collaborate with the agency village to deliver integrated campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and owned touchpoints.
- Lead or assist with internal and external brainstorms to generate campaign ideas that align to the comms framework.
- Utilise client and/or platform data to uncover insights to inform planning.
- Build templates for all client presentations, including implementation responses and PCRs.

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring your can-do attitude and proactive work ethic to a well-established team and client, as well as;
- Robust media planning/buying knowledge and skills with ability to utilise agency and industry tools to support planning recommendation.
- Well versed in the application of data into planning responses.
- An understanding of how brand and performance media can collaborate to deliver overall objectives.
- A drive to find innovative and disruptive solutions to creatively solve client challenges.
- Proven ability to deliver complex media campaigns with multiple stakeholders.
