Role Summary and Impact

What you’ll need:
【经验】具备7年以上全媒介策划服务背景，4年以上中大型客户独立服务经验
【能力】具备优秀的全局观及整合媒介策略输出能力，思维不死板并具有针对性
【管理】拥有3-5人以上团队管理经验，善于分配团队任务及人员精力
【情绪】拥有良好的情绪管理能力，抗压能力强

【团队组织协作破题】善于组织公司资源，跨部门沟通能力强；对于问题，能够积极应对，并给与团队好的答案
