Role Summary and Impact

You will be working a key account for Mindshare: bp.

 

For bp, we work across their 3 business divisions:

          bp Retail – Convenience and Loyalty campaigns

          bp Fleet – business-to-business campaigns

          bp Pulse – bp’s electric charging offering

 

Regarding the planning work specifically, the bp account offers the opportunity to build internal and external agency exposure and further establish project management skills through management of multiple campaigns across multiple business units.

 

In terms of your day to day, the bulk of your time will be spent supporting the planning team in shaping exciting campaigns as well as working with channel specialists to make those plans a reality.

 

Team: You will work with fully resourced planning team, comprising of a Business Director, Account Director and Account Manager – all of whom are 100% dedicated to bp. The Mindshare team also sits as part of the wider WPP inter-agency team, ‘Team Energy’, so you will work closely with multiple creative agencies – all of which we have collaborative relationships with.

 

Client: This role will offer regular client contact through the strong agency-client relationship. Mindshare work on the bp account globally, and whilst this role is UK specific there is also exposure to the Global team as well as knowledge sharing between markets.
