Mindshare Korea Welcomes Donna Kim, GM
Asia Pacific - Mindshare APAC, the global media agency network part of WPP, has appointed Donna Kim as General Manager and Country Lead for Mindshare Korea.
Donna has broad experience in the Korean market with both international and domestic clients, deep digital understanding and has led numerous complex, multinational accounts. She joins Mindshare from Cheil Worldwide where she helped manage the overseas media business for Samsung and led the agency’s relationship with Hankook Tires and Naver LINE. Donna has also been active in industry events and was a judge in the Asian Marketing Effectiveness Awards in 2014.
Prior to joining Cheil in 2012, Donna was a founding member of GroupM and Mindshare, and had previously worked at Diamond Ogilvy. She’s excited to return to Mindshare, GroupM and WPP! Donna is the ideal candidate to lead Mindshare's business — bringing the Adaptive Marketing vision to life in Korea.
Donna takes over from Jeeyoung Kwak, who after several years of successful leadership and many exciting new business wins, has decided to explore other career opportunities.
