Mindshare Germany expands its management team
Frankfurt, February 24, 2014 Reinforcement for Mindshare Frankfurt’s management team: Michaela Ihlefeld, 40 and Holger Thalheimer, 42 were both appointed COO and assume the primary responsibility for Mindshare’s client business. Christian Scholz, 44 CEO of Mindshare Germany since October 2013, has added two proven media experts to agency management who will lead and develop Mindshare together with the long-time CFO Claus Lass, 50.
Christian Scholz has taken the first step in strengthening the expertise in customer service. "Our business is becoming increasingly complex and with the fragmentation of the media landscape, the requirements on consulting have continuously increased", explains the Mindshare CEO. "We therefore want our already high standards to consistently improve.”
After two years of leading the strategic marketing at IP Germany, Michaela Ihlefeld returns to Mindshare where she previously worked for 15 years in customer service and most recently as a member of management. Holger Thalheimer has been Managing Director at Mindshare since September 2010 and is responsible for the Dusseldorf branch as well as some clients in Frankfurt. Previously, he spent 15 years in various positions at OMD, Carat and Schmitter Media (now Havas). Both media experts have many years of experience in consulting.
Claus Lass, CFO for 15 years: "The extensive client and market relations as well as the growing demand for efficient use of resources, require an expansion of our consulting business. Therefore, it is only consistent that we have embedded two experienced client advisors as COOs in top management."
