MindShare appoints Joint CEO for MindShare Interaction EMEA

Norm Johnston, President of Digitas London joins MindShare as Joint CEO Interaction EMEA, with Rob Noss, to help lead developments in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Norm has worked in interactive marketing since 1988 in the US & Europe starting with
Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he worked on one of the firm's first
interactive initiatives with Apple. In 1996 he joined Modem Media to manage AT&T's
1996 Olympics interactive effort and moved to London in 1997 to open Modem's first
network office.

From 1997 to 2002 he served as Client Services Director for Modem's
European clients growing from just two staff to one of the largest independent
interactive agencies in the UK. From 2003 to 2004, Norm served as Modem Media's
Global Relationship Lead on HP, managing teams in San Francisco, London, and
Singapore and implemented Modem's first global account management model.

In October 2004 he became MD of Modem Media Europe growing the business by over
60%. Most recently Norm was named President of Digitas London, a new digital
agency born out of Modem Media's acquisition by Publicis Group in early 2007.

Johnston will share responsibilities with Noss as Joint CEO MindShare Interaction
EMEA with Noss's remit to drive digital leadership across a range of key clients and
ensure that MindShare manages the smooth transition to a truly digital agency.
