MindShare and Global Sportnet appoint CEO and COO for Performance Europe

MindShare and Global Sportnet have hired Sean Jefferson the Global director of sponsorship, events and PR at Diageo to take over as the CEO of their sports and entertainment company, Performance.

Nick Walford, the current MD will take over as COO for Europe.  David Stubley, the founding CEO will remain a practice partner, but is reducing his time commitment to also develop other interests which include Non Executive roles with Clipper Ventures plc and TRACAB AB.

Crowd Jefferson will lead a company of 12 offices and 150 consultants across Europe. The company positions itself as a strategic, brand centric agency, developing famous global campaigns for blue chip clients - working closely with media and creative colleagues to integrate branded content and sponsorship thinking into communication planning.

Core to Performance competence is the application of Insight and proprietary research to guide client decision making and measure return-on-investment. Clients include Ford, Vodafone, Land Rover, BP, Motorola, Nestle, Unilever, Nike, HSBC & IBM.
