Alexis Faulkner

Alexis has always worked in digital advertising, starting out at as an optimiser, focused on using data and analytics to get the best results for performance focused clients. Her passion has always been for change management, and since the ad tech landscape is constantly changing she has spent most of the last 10 years running teams that have been developing new operational processes, launching products into new markets or implementing technology projects.

The passion for change and digital stayed with Alexis and she now leads the Future Adaptive Specialist Team which works across programmatic, search and social activity.

Their role is to drive operational excellence in media delivery and ensure they can deliver client goals, across the best technical and media adaptations in the digital landscape.
