Position
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our Client Lead team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of service provided to clients under your responsibility by managing a multidisciplinary team. You will serve as the main point of contact for the client and engage with stakeholders to develop the best media, data, and tech solutions possible to drive the good growth of their business.

Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Be the main point of contact for designated clients.
  • Advise clients across all media, data, and tech to deliver the best practice media and communication solutions that fulfill their business needs.
  • Clearly understand client briefs and establish strategies to meet their objectives, supported by our in-house expertise.
  • Communicate assertively the client’s requirements to internal teams.
  • Observe the competition and identify growth opportunities for the client’s business.
  • Monitor projects to ensure quality and timely execution.
  • Ensure that budgets, SLAs, and KPIs defined in the proposal are met.
  • Secure good management of priorities to guarantee correct delivery of workload.
  • Ensure that work scoped is delivered in compliance with network and client guidelines.
  • Conduct presentations to clients or other stakeholders in a secure and compelling manner.
  • Establish collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders and internal reports.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Management, or other relevant areas.
  • Proven experience (+3 years) in media agency environment with client-facing responsibilities.
  • Experience in development and implementing multimedia campaigns.
  • Digital expertise highly valued.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of English and Spanish (written and spoken) valued.
  • Strategic and critical thinking skills, along with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Team builder and conflict management ability.
