Back To School with M&S on the Heart Network

This partnership includes the FIRST promotion to utilise the new Heart Network that now covers England, Scotland and Wales. Heart presenters will be challenging their listeners to see if they can go back to school and answer quick-fire questions based on a selection of subjects. Although this will be less of an exam and more of a pop maths quiz – just what number do you get if you add an S Club to however many Seconds Of Summer?*

If you want to see the school wear in action then make sure you tune into Heart TV in August to watch Heart Kids’ 30 Favourite Debut Hits. This is a two hour show created with M&S that features children of all ages introducing music videos – dressed in the M&S Back To School range of course. This is the FIRST time that product placement has been featured on Heart TV.

The show can be seen on Heart TV (Sky: 387 / Freesat: 516) at these times throughout August:

  • Monday: 5pm-7pm
  • Tuesday: 11am-1pm
  • Wednesday: 9am-11am
  • Thursday: 2pm-4pm
  • Friday: 9am-11am

The partnership, which was co-ordinated by Mindshare's Caroline Knott and Jennifer Morris, demonstrates how a non-visual medium like radio can bring to life a very visual product like schoolwear with a truly cross-platform solution.
