Julia Ayling

Julia has been lucky enough to have spent more than 20 years in media, working across a range of companies in that time – from full service agencies such as Lowe’s through to research specialists like Kantar. 

She is now Head of Research and Insights at Mindshare, and can genuinely say that each day feels as fresh, questioning and challenging as it did when she first started out in her career. Her role is all about exploring what makes people tick and, with so many new data sources and techniques emerging the whole time, there is always something new to learn, or a fresh opportunity to work with brilliant, inspiring people – as a highly curious (read nosy!) person, what’s not to love?
