A new addition to Mindshare, Andrew combines heading the Unilever team in the UK with running the agency’s newest offering, Craft, with the core skills of communications planning and execution at its heart.
For over 15 years, Andrew has worked on brands as diverse as NatWest, British Airways, Met Police, Vodafone, McDonald's, IKEA, Pfizer, Channel 5, Debenhams and Microsoft, gaining experience in leadership, strategic brand and media planning, and client service. He knows the positive role brands play in people's lives and the value they create. He’s passionate about the role media practitioners have in growing brands in the digitally enhanced world.
Recently Andrew has been helping clients digitise and move towards performance and precision marketing – remodelling team structures to deal with unique communication challenges.
Transformation arises from inspirational challenges and working conditions, so he relishes his role in creating such environments within Mindshare.
