Job Overview

An audiovisual executive helps the Audiovisual manager in purchasing and monitoring media space on behalf of their clients. This involves the implementation and follow up of all the campaigns including taking first options, optimization, material follow up and postbuy’s preparation. This will be done under the guidance and supervision of the audiovisual manager.

Reporting of the role
This role reports to the Manager Audiovisual and Client Director.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Work on a range of client accounts at the same time, managing various projects and deadlines
  • Take first options for new campaign respecting the platform created by the audiovisual manager
  • Optimizes campaigns, prepared and controlled by the audiovisual manager
  • Responsible for the daily administration including reporting to the client and material follow up
  • Performs the analysis needed in order to be able to create post buy analysis on a regular base
  • Has regular meetings with the audiovisual manager to follow up the current campaigns
  • Helps the Audiovisual Manager to monitor and update clients on the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Keeps up to date with industry research figures, including audience figures (TV, Radio and Cinema) and report issues immediately to the Audiovisual Manager
  • Have responsibility over small/ medium clients
  • Quality assurance of tools (testing and pushing improvements) at a reporting level
  • Helps in developing the corporate image and vision and actively positions Mindshare as the leading agency via suitable PR activities and external representation
  • Active participant in new business efforts where applicable
  • Supports actively in the delivery of content for our newsletter/blog
  • Improve and stimulate internal communication and sharing of information within this team
  • Participates in improving agency climate (positivism, professionalism and can-do mentality)

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or equal by experience
  • Have a natural and genuine interest in the advertising industry new media
  • Strong math and analytical skills
  • A naturally positive attitude, focusing on the solution rather than the problem
  • Passionate about media and marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French, English and Dutch
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Resourceful and creative, recognizing good opportunities
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Able to work alongside a range of people and as part of a team
  • Keen to evolve
