Dominic Proctor, CEO Worldwide Mindshare Dominic started his media career at Everett’s in 1979 switching to media planning at Allen Brady & Marsh before moving to J. Walter Thompson in 1986. In 1989 he became media director of JWT London before becoming managing director in 1991 and then chief executive in December 1992, a position he held for five years. In September 1997, Dominic was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Mindshare Worldwide, WPP’s newly-formed media planning, buying and research company. In April 2008 the agency announced its global restructure and Dominic took the position of Leader, Mindshare Worldwide.
