Mindshare strengthens digital expertise with new executives
Frankfurt am, October 12th, 2017 – Sustainable reinforcement for the Mindshare management team: The media agency is further expanding its digital expertise with Lukas Adamis and Dennis Heidman. As the new Head of Strategy, proven digital strategist Lukas Adamis will be responsible for the strategic brand development of Mindshare's clients as of December 1st, 2017. The strategic consultant, experienced in brand communication, data science and complex campaign architectures, will focus on the excellent combination of brand strategy and digital transformation of agency clients such as Jaguar Land Rover, Red Bull, Ravensburger and Nike. In his team, he will be supported by digital expert Thilo Süßmann, who comes from Carat Germany and will become the new Strategy Group Head Digital at Mindshare as of January 1st,2018. Dennis Heidman has been on board as the new client lead Unilever and office lead Hamburg since October 1st,2017. As a proven digital expert, Dennis Heidman brings 18 years of digital marketing experience to the company, which will directly benefit both future media campaigns from agency client Unilever and the entire Mindshare team at the Hamburg office.

Prior to joining Mindshare, Lukas Adamis was Director Strategy and a member of Carat Germany’s Executive Board with responsibility for the Hamburg, Wiesbaden and Düsseldorf locations. In this position, the 43-year-old developed successful data strategies and cross-channel media campaigns for clients such as Lego, MasterCard, Mondelez, Gelbe Seiten, GoreTex and Ergo. Previously, Lukas Adamis was Strategy Director at Saatchi & Saatchi and held various Strategy Planning positions at Cheil Communications/Samsung, Young & Rubicam, Publicis, Jung von Matt and TBWA.
Dennis Heidman comes from Masterplan Media, where he successfully built up and expanded the agency's digital competence as a member of the management board. Previously, the 42-year-old was Head of Digital and a member of the Executive Board of Vizeum Germany, where he was responsible for the entire digital orientation of the two locations in Wiesbaden and Hamburg. During his career, Dennis Heidman has held leading positions at Carat Germany, Xenion Isobar, Beyond Interaction - Mediacom and SinnerSchrader. His clients included P&G, Beiersdorf, Deutsche Bank, Adidas, Disney, Commerzbank, Warner Bros and Volkswagen.
