I am most looking forward to sessions that address the evolution of emerging digital themes and the trends that have matured to a point in which they have real world applications for clients. Trends such as Immersive technologies and AI learning are not just changing how our clients communicate with consumers but how as media planners/buyers we reach them.
My experience in Cannes will give an opportunity to discuss these themes and trends first hand with the industries brightest; allowing for the ability to come back to Canada and apply this new knowledge directly to our client’s business.
On a less industry focused note I’m looking forward to the talks with truTV’s Impractical Jokers. Being a fan of the show it would be great to potentially meet them or even see them in action around the festival.
