First off, I see this as a (privileged and) perfect opportunity to indulge all the hot topics of our industry, and to map out the best practices that I can take back with me and try to implement it in our reality. The Cannes Lions is a melting pot of creative humans and what I’m aiming for is to bring back some elements of either creative processes or different ways to change our way of working to be more innovative.
There are so many sessions to choose from but because I'm working in digital I'll try to attend most of those sessions. Other subjects I am interested in learning about are A.I and how it will totally change our business, relevance vs reach, the future of marketing and where will we be in the next 8-10 years.
As a strategist, I am hoping to take new ways of working away from this Cannes experience. And learning about the digital landscape and creative process that will help me become a better strategist.
